"The complete Figma file for my personal portfolio is ready; now I need it translated into a live, responsive website with smooth, scroll-based sections. Every section must line up exactly with the design, and the navigation, project thumbnails, and call-to-action buttons have to work as clickable elements just as they do in the prototype.

You can choose the stack—plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, [login to view URL], or another modern front-end solution—so long as the final result is lightweight, fast, and easy for me to maintain. I’ll supply the Figma link as soon as we start; you return production-ready code, assets optimised for web, and brief deployment instructions (Netlify/GitHub Pages or similar).
