"The project involves a full-stack deployment of a new Discourse instance, followed by deep customization. The scope centres on four key areas—Custom themes, Plugin development, Integration with other services, and SSO (Single Sign-On)—so proven, hands-on experience with each is essential.

I already have hosting arranged; your job starts at provisioning Discourse, hardening it for production, and configuring backups. From there, you will:

• Design or adapt a responsive custom theme that matches our brand guidelines.
• Build or extend at least one plugin to add the missing functionality we will outline together.
• Connect Discourse to our existing tooling (CRM, analytics, and a marketing platform) through API or webhooks.
• Implement SSO so users can move seamlessly between our main application and the forum.

Acceptance criteria will be a live, production-ready forum running on our server, all integrations working end-to-end, and clean, well-documented code pushed to our private Git repo.
