"I want to rebuild my existing brochure site in [login to view URL] so it loads faster, scales cleanly and is easier to extend. I will provide the current source or a full site backup; you’ll refactor it into a fresh [login to view URL] project, keeping the visual identity intact while tightening up layout, performance and SEO.

Core work
• Convert every present page to React/[login to view URL], organising components so future sections can be dropped in quickly.
• Make the whole site fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop breakpoints; no horizontal scroll or layout shifts at any size.
• Re-engineer the Contact Us form so only the Email and Phone fields are required and validate correctly on both client and server.
• Add a clear call-to-action under each major section that triggers the Contact Us flow—either a smooth scroll to the form or a pop-up. I’m open to whichever provides the best UX.
• Correct tile and text alignment in the “Our Services”, “Why Choose Home Automation” and Contact Us tiles so everything lines up pixel-perfect.
• Enlarge the logos in the Trusted Partners section and leave an easy way (JSON/MD file or simple admin input) for me to add more later.
• Review and optimise H-tag hierarchy, titles and meta data so the pages are SEO-friendly out of the box.
• Replace the expiring SSL certificate with a valid one and confirm that all resources load over HTTPS without mixed-content warnings.

Tech preferences
The stack is flexible as long as it’s standard [login to view URL]—CSS Modules, Tailwind or Styled-Components are fine. Please keep the codebase clean, commented and pushed to a private Git repo during development.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse mobile and desktop scores ≥ 90 for Performance and SEO.
