"I need a full-featured buy-and-sell mobile app tailored specifically to users in the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. The build has to ship simultaneously on iOS and Android and feel completely native on both platforms.

Core functionality
• User profiles with photos, ratings, location tagging and the ability to list items or services for sale.
• Secure, fully integrated in-app payments—no cash or bank transfers, everything settles inside the app. Funds should be held in escrow until buyer and seller both confirm the transaction.
• Real-time chat tied to each listing so buyers and sellers can negotiate and share delivery details without leaving the platform.

Project scope and expectations
I’ll provide wireframes, basic brand assets and a short feature map. Your deliverable is the complete source code, release-ready builds for the App Store and Google Play, and a concise admin guide showing me how to manage users, listings and payout rules.

Acceptance criteria
– Clean, responsive UI that follows Apple’s HIG and Google’s Material guidelines.
– Seamless flow: register → list item → search → chat → pay → confirm delivery, tested across current iOS and Android versions.
– Payment sandbox transactions pass without errors; funds release correctly on confirmation.
– Chat messages deliver in under three seconds on a standard 4G connection.

Tech stack is flexible—Flutter, React Native,as long as performance is smooth and code is cleanly documented.


Job Title: Mobile App Developer for Classifieds Platform (UK & Ireland)


Both apps will share the same functionality but require localization for each region (branding, currency, categories, compliance). Our backend is react and we already have a web platform and Super Admin panel in development.
