"I need a seasoned full-stack developer to step in and refresh both the look and the brains of my existing web platform. On the design side, expect to rethink sections that feel clunky or dated so the overall interface is cleaner and more intuitive. Under the hood, I want to roll out a few new user-facing features while tightening performance and stamping out the bugs that keep sneaking into production.

Here’s what I’d like delivered in our first engagement:
• Visual overhaul of key pages to modernise layout and flow
• At least one well-scoped new feature released to production
• Noticeable performance boost (page-load and API response) demonstrated through before-and-after metrics
• A clean bug list with fixes committed and documented
