"I need a small yet robust Python application that runs both as a desktop client and as a browser-based interface on all major operating systems and browsers. The core workflow is straightforward: users import Excel or CSV files, the app applies my transformation logic, and the processed output is exported in a clean, ready-to-use format.

An integrated admin panel must let me adjust mapping rules and configure source templates without touching the code. I also want basic username-and-password authentication, a modern, clutter-free UI, and a codebase that is clearly modular so future tweaks are painless.
