"I’m starting with a blank slate and need a seasoned full-stack developer to take an idea all the way from concept to launch. The core deliverable is a modern, secure web application, built with the framework and back-end stack you work best in, provided the codebase can be cleanly packaged for release on both iOS and Android as well.

From you I’ll need architecture planning, database setup, API development, responsive UI, and the steps required to push the same functionality to the App Store and Google Play. I can share wireframes, branding assets, and a detailed feature list once we connect, but for now assume standard account management, real-time data sync, and a lightweight admin panel.

Deliverables
• Production-ready web app deployed to my server or cloud of choice
• iOS and Android builds accepted by their respective stores
• Complete, documented source code in a Git repository
• Brief hand-over session so I can run updates myself
