Phase 1 – Development
You’ll turn wireframes (or mock-ups you propose) into a clean, maintainable build. I’m open to WordPress, [login to view URL], Gatsby or a similar stack as long as the final product is SEO-friendly, WCAG-accessible and easy for non-technical editors to update. Google Analytics (or Matomo) tracking, on-page SEO basics and a straightforward CMS workflow all need to be in place.

Phase 2 – Audit & Hardening
Once the site is feature-complete, I want a full audit covering Core Web Vitals, accessibility, security best practices and on-page SEO. Provide a measurable report, fix the flagged issues and deliver before-and-after metrics so we launch with confidence.
