"I want an end-to-end e-commerce platform that includes both an Android app and a responsive website. The visual style and overall flow should feel similar to the MyGromor app, but every screen will be re-skinned with my branding, colours and product range so the experience is unmistakably ours.

Core experience
• Browsing and searching a product catalogue with high-quality images
• Cart, coupon and secure checkout (UPI, cards, net-banking)
• Real-time order status and push/email notifications
• User account area for profile, address book and past orders

Admin essentials
• Web-based dashboard to add or edit products, prices, stock and promo codes
• Sales, inventory and customer analytics exportable to CSV
• Role-based access so staff can help without seeing sensitive data

Deliverables
• Android APK + Play Console-ready bundle
• Responsive website (mobile-first) deployed to my hosting
• Source code in Git with clear README for future maintenance
• One-time hand-over session covering build, deploy and basic CMS use

The stack is flexible—Laravel, Node.js, Django or a comparable framework on the back end, with Flutter, React Native or native Android for the app—so long as performance is smooth and updates are straightforward.
