Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For in a Candidate:
• Proven Experience: You MUST have a verifiable track record of generating leads and closing deals specifically for a digital agency (web development, SEO, marketing, etc.). Please provide case studies or examples.
• Excellent Communicator: Flawless written and spoken English is essential. You must be professional, persuasive, and personable.
• Self-Starter: We need someone who is highly motivated, organized, and can manage their own time effectively to hit targets without constant supervision.
• Strategic Thinker: You should be able to understand our services and ideal client profile to create and implement an effective sales strategy.
• Familiar with Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a major plus.
Compensation Structure:
We are flexible and want to create a win-win partnership. We are open to discussing the following models:
1. Generous Commission-Only: A high percentage of the first month's project value for every client you bring in. (e.g., 15-25%).
2. Base + Commission (Preferred for Long-Term): A fixed monthly retainer for your time and efforts, plus a handsome commission for each closed deal.
3. Pay-Per-Appointment: A fixed fee for every qualified discovery call that you schedule and that takes place.
