"I have two short, multiple-choice quizzes (each question offers three to four answer options) that together calculate a final score and then translate that score into a “biological age” using a formula I will provide. All questions, scoring keys, and the exact age-conversion formula are ready to hand over.

The goal is to turn these into a lightweight web app, embed it on my GoDaddy-hosted site, and create a shareable link for inclusion in an upcoming e-book. I’m not certain whether the current site is running on WordPress, Wix, or plain HTML, so your solution should be flexible—client-side JavaScript, a small standalone page, or a compact plugin that can drop into whichever platform we confirm. No user login or account system is needed; visitors should be able to answer, see their score and calculated biological age instantly, and optionally reset to try again.

Visually, I’d like a clean, classic look—think clear typography and unfussy layout that matches a traditional print vibe rather than a modern or minimalist feel.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional quiz module covering both questionnaires, with real-time score and age output
• Embeddable code or plugin plus clear placement instructions for the GoDaddy environment
