"Launching a direct-to-consumer store on WordPress is the next step for my brand. The project covers three clear components:

• Custom Theme Development – Design and code a unique, brand-aligned WooCommerce theme. It must be lightweight, fast, and fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Razorpay Payment Gateway – Configure and test Razorpay so that customers can complete transactions seamlessly from cart to order confirmation, with webhooks set for automatic status updates.

• Logistics Management – Integrate a shipping solution (any widely-used WordPress logistics plugin or custom API hookup) that automatically calculates rates, creates labels, and pushes tracking numbers back to the customer’s order history and email notifications.

Acceptance will be based on:

1. Smooth checkout flow from product page to successful Razorpay payment.
2. Orders generating shipping labels and live tracking in the WooCommerce admin.
3. Page-load scores of 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
4. Theme passes accessibility basics (proper contrast, keyboard navigation).

All work should be carried out on a staging URL first, then migrated to my live server once approved." (client-provided description)
