"My Shopify store needs a full-scale refresh that touches both the way it looks and the way it works. The new theme should feel modern, load fast, and present each collection with clear, compelling product pages. While the visual overhaul is underway, every product listing and description will be re-written or reformatted so the catalog reads consistently and converts better.
meta have shut down all my accounts, i did use it for live auctions and communications but now need to set it up on my website.
i also need an age restcition on it
Beyond the cosmetic work, I want to introduce three game-changing features directly on the storefront:

• Real-time live auctions that stream in the browser, let shoppers place bids, and automatically close the sale when the timer ends.
• Chat rooms attached to each auction so bidders can interact and build excitement.
• Automatic drafting of items that sell out, keeping the catalog tidy without manual intervention.

Because many of my customers engage on mobile first, a companion app is also in scope. The app should mirror key social features you find on Instagram—swipeable feeds, push notifications, quick comments—yet stay laser-focused on live auctions and sync seamlessly with my Shopify inventory, orders, and customer data.

Deliverables
1. Redesigned Shopify theme with updated layouts, typography, and color palette.
2. Refactored product listings (titles, descriptions, media) uploaded and tested.
3. Embedded live-auction module with bid tracking, countdowns, and win confirmation.
4. Integrated chat functionality that sits alongside each auction session.
5. Automation script or workflow that hides or drafts sold-out SKUs instantly.
6. iOS/Android app (or PWA) that streams the same auctions, offers a social-style feed, and pulls all data from Shopify through secure APIs.

Acceptance criteria will be a fully functional demo store and app account where I can run a mock auction end-to-end, see chats, watch products draft on sell-out, and verify that inventory, orders, and customer records remain perfectly in sync.
