Project description:
"I need a small, clean-coded add-on for Epicor Kinetic that automatically monitors all purchase orders and flags anything running late by a user-defined number of days. Once an order crosses that threshold, the routine must 1) email the supplier (and an internal copy), 2) update the PO status inside Epicor, and 3) drop a concise delay report—CSV or Excel—into a shared location.
A parameter screen should let me set the day-based delay rule, choose email templates, and schedule how often the check runs. Using native Kinetic tools such as BPM, Functions, BAQ, or REST services is preferred so upgrades stay painless, but I’m open to a lightweight external C# service if you explain the pros and cons.
Deliverables
• Compiled code or BPM/Function export ready to import
• Well-commented source code
• One-page setup guide and short loom/video walkthrough
• Test data or steps proving that delayed orders trigger emails, status updates, and report generation exactly as specified
I’ll provide SMTP details, sample POs, and access to our sandbox tenant once we kick off." (client-provided description)
