"My WordPress + WooCommerce store feels sluggish and is losing conversions. Page-load time hovers around 6–8 seconds on mobile and is even worse on desktop, so I need an expert to bring it under the 3-second mark without breaking the shop’s functionality or my existing custom CSS.

What I’m looking for
• A full audit of the current setup to pinpoint bottlenecks such as redirect chains, render-blocking resources, uncompressed assets, database bloat, or mis-configured hosting settings.
• Image optimization that goes beyond what Smush or another plugin can achieve—ideally automated, lossless (or smart lossy) compression and lazy-loading where appropriate.
• Caching, minification that play nicely with WooCommerce’s dynamic pages.
• Elimination of unnecessary or duplicate redirects and consolidation of critical ones to a single hop.
• Focused attention on mobile performance: I specifically need the first meaningful paint and total load time on mobile to fall below 3 seconds.
• Clear before-and-after metrics from tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or WebPageTest to prove the improvements.

Acceptance criteria
– Homepage, product archive, and a sample product page each load in under 3 seconds (mobile and desktop).
– No redirect chains detected in WebPageTest or Lighthouse.
– Core Web Vitals in the “good” range.
– Storefront aesthetics and all WooCommerce functionality remain intact.
