"I need an Uber-style motorcycle ride-sharing (for now) application tailored for the Guinean market (West Africa). The scope is an MVP that lets riders open an account, request a ride, indicate their location via Google Maps as there is no exact address, accept/propose/reject the fare through the app and pay safely through local Mobile Money services.
On the other hand, drivers will also have their own profile flow enabling them to accept/propose/reject the fare from the rider, and toggle availability,

Core flow: a rider logs in, chooses pickup (Google Maps Location) and destination (neighborhood), propose a fare, wait for acceptation with the option to propose another fare if the first one is not accepted, follows the driver’s route (if possible) , and pays via Mobile Money at the end of the trip. The same build should give drivers order notifications, navigation prompts, and a simple earnings summary.

A clean, lightweight UI is important; device performance in West Africa can vary, so an efficient code-base matters more than flashy animations.
