"1. Project Overview:

We are building the MVP for Commutee, a ride-sharing platform focused on safe, affordable, and eco-friendly commuting. The MVP will be web-based only (no mobile app in this phase) and should allow riders to request rides, drivers to see assigned rides, and an admin to manage assignments.

2. Scope of Work:

Rider Web App: signup/login, ride booking (Solo/Planned Shared), pickup & drop with Google Maps, booking status, UPI QR payment.

Driver Web App: login, view rides assigned by admin, pickup & drop on Google Maps, update ride status.

Admin Dashboard: login, view/manage ride requests, manually assign drivers, update ride status.

Informative Website (Optional) : about, how it works, safety kit info, contact form.

3. Key Integrations: Google Maps API, UPI QR Payment, basic ride management.

Tech Preference: React.js, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL/MongoDB (open to suggestions).
Hosting: AWS / Firebase / Vercel
Payments: Razorpay / UPI QR integration
Maps: Google Maps API
Other: Documentation + basic deployment support

4. Looking for:
