"I’m looking for a skilled freelance developer to build a desktop application with the following functionality:

Project Overview:

• The customer initiates a payment using a static PIX (Brazil’s instant payment system).
• Once the payment is confirmed, Efi Bank sends a notification to the application installed on a Windows
PC.
• The application then generates a QR code based on a numeric sequence and sends it to a thermal
printer for immediate printing.

Requirements:

• Experience with PIX and preferably Efi Bank's API or webhook system.
• Familiarity with desktop application development (e.g., using Python, C#, Electron, or similar).
• Ability to handle webhooks or real-time payment notifications.
• Experience with QR code generation and integration with thermal printers (like Epson, Bematech, etc.).

Deliverables:

• A working desktop application that runs reliably on Windows PCs.
• Proper integration with Efi Bank’s payment notification system.
• Clean and maintainable code with basic documentation.
