Project description:
"I want to recreate the on-demand home-service experience users get on Urban Company ([login to view URL]) and JustLife ([login to view URL]). The scope covers a responsive website plus companion apps for both iOS and Android that share the same back-end and business logic.

Core functionality I must see from day one:
• Real-time booking system with calendar, time-slot and location management
• Seamless payment-gateway integration (Stripe, PayTabs or similar—open to your recommendation)

Everything should sit on a clean, scalable architecture with an admin panel that lets me add services, set prices, manage orders and track basic analytics. Push notifications, email/SMS alerts and in-app chat would be ideal but can be phased in if it keeps the initial release lean; customer reviews and ratings are still under discussion and should be built so they can be toggled on later without refactoring.

Deliverables
1. Fully responsive website mirroring Urban Company’s flow—from service browse to checkout.
2. iOS and Android apps (native or a high-performance cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native).
3. Shared back-end (REST/GraphQL API, database, admin console).
4. Source code, build scripts, deployment documentation and a brief hand-over session.

Acceptance criteria will be a working demo on staging servers, successful submission to App Store & Play Store test tracks, and clear evidence of the two key features above performing smoothly end-to-end.
