"I need to add subscription-based, monthly billing to my existing WordPress store that already runs on WooCommerce. My Stripe account is live and connected to the site; what’s missing is a proper subscription engine and the behind-the-scenes automation.

Here’s the flow I’m after: a customer chooses a product, checks out once, and from that point Stripe charges them automatically every month without me lifting a finger. The WooCommerce dashboard should show active, paused, or cancelled plans accurately, and customers must be able to manage their own payment details from “My Account”.

Deliverables
• Install and configure a reliable WooCommerce subscription plugin (e.g., WooCommerce Subscriptions or an equivalent you recommend).
• Connect and authenticate it with my existing Stripe account, enabling recurring monthly charges.
• Create a test product, run test and live transactions, and verify webhooks so renewals, failed payments, and email notifications all work correctly.
• Provide a short hand-off document (or screen share) showing me how to create new plans, issue refunds, and view subscription reports.

Acceptance criteria: a new user can complete checkout, Stripe logs show a successful subscription, WooCommerce marks it as “Active,” and the system queues the next monthly renewal automatically.
