"I’m building an Android-only app in Flutter and need a complete set of screens that handle every step of Mobile recharge, Utility bill payment, DTH recharge, and Wallet top-up. What I’m after is production-ready Dart code—widgets, navigation, and lightweight business-logic stubs—wrapped in a clean, modern interface that follows current Material 3 guidelines.

The flow should feel familiar: a service selector, number/account input, plan or amount picker, payment summary, and a confirmation screen with receipt details. Everything must be responsive from small phones up to large devices, and coded so I can later plug in real APIs where you’ve placed mock calls.

– Use standard Flutter tools: Material, Cupertino where it helps, and null-safety throughout.
– Keep the project modular; state management with Provider or Bloc is fine as long as it’s consistent.
