"I need someone who can sit with me (virtually) and walk me through every step of launching my new Substack, which will publish written articles and essays that share life-long learning lessons for young people—and, honestly, for adults too. I’m not a techie, so I want clear, screen-shared sessions where you handle the technical nuts and bolts while explaining what you’re doing: account creation, domain settings, payment options, newsletter configuration, and basic analytics.

Once the mechanics are in place, I’d like equal attention on content strategy and design. That means shaping an editorial calendar that suits this educational theme, setting up an attractive template, choosing typography and images that feel welcoming, and making sure the sign-up funnel is smooth.

We’ll work hourly, starting with an intensive setup session followed by shorter check-ins whenever I need advice on promotion tactics or platform tweaks. By the end of our first block of time I expect a fully functional Substack, a reusable article template, and a simple roadmap for my first month of posts.
