Daily Workflow (VA Checklist)
Each day, do the following in WordPress Admin:
Log in → Dashboard → Pages → Add New.
Add Title & Slug (provided).
Add Custom HTML Block → Paste full HTML (content provided).
Add Second Custom HTML Block → Paste JSON-LD schema (FAQPage / HowTo / Article, provided).
Insert CTA Block (Reusable CTA “Free Case Review”). Confirm links → /start/.
Add Disclaimer (provided).
Add Internal Links (per instructions for that day).
Add 1 Featured Image → Insert → Set alt text with target keyword.
Yoast SEO Professional:
Enter Focus Keyphrase (provided).
Ensure SEO Title and Meta Description are set (provided or tweak).
Check Yoast “Green” for: keyphrase in title, H2, meta, alt text, first paragraph.
Set Schema type (Article, FAQ, or HowTo).
Enable Social sharing meta (OG title, description).
Menu → Add new page to correct menu.
Preview Desktop/Mobile → Fix spacing/headings.
