Project description:
"I have a fully developed casual Android game (AAB + assets, screenshots, and complete store-listing text) ready for release. Because my own Google Play Console is still ineligible for new uploads, I need someone with an active Google Developer account to host the initial publication for me and then transfer the title over to my console as soon as it is live.

Here’s how I see the flow:
• you can authorize my email through your Google console and we submit the app ourselves.

• Once the listing is approved, you initiate Google’s official “App transfer” process and move it to the developer account I’ll specify. I will accept the transfer on my side and confirm that everything (package name, signing key, reviews, statistics) remains intact.
• The job is finished when the app shows in my own Play Console and is live for users.

The game requires no additional development or polishing, so the only tasks are publishing and transferring. Ideally you’re familiar with Play Console policy, AAB requirements, and the transfer checklist, so we can complete the whole hand-off smoothly and without downtime.
