"A streamlined web application is required that lets me host and distribute PDFs. The stack is fixed: Node.js with Express for the server layer, AWS SDK to store files in a dedicated S3 bucket, CloudFront as the distribution edge, and PostgreSQL as the sole database.

Core behaviour
• Only the admin (me) uploads PDFs through a secure form; visitors simply download. No user registration or public uploads are needed.
• Each upload moves the file straight to S3, stores its metadata (filename, size, S3 key, etc.) in PostgreSQL, and immediately invalidates—or creates—a CloudFront cache entry so the file is available on its final CDN URL without delay.
• A clean public route lists every PDF pulled from the database and serves download links that resolve through CloudFront.

Deliverables
1. Complete Express application (well-structured routes, controllers, models).
2. PostgreSQL migration/seed files for the single PDFs table.
3. S3 and CloudFront integration code with clear configuration variables.
4. Basic front-end views: admin upload page and public list/download page.
5. Setup guide covering environment variables, AWS credentials, and how to deploy locally or on an EC2/Lightsail instance.
