"I need a small but precise Flutter / Dart component that recreates a supplied PNG layout made of several rounded rectangles stacked with gradients and subtle shadowing. The look must match the reference exactly; I can also provide the same artwork in .ai, .svg and .eps if you prefer, but the PNG is the canonical guide.

The core of the job is a CustomPainter-based class that draws each layer, exposes the inside-edge coordinates (top, bottom, left, right) of the uppermost light-blue rectangle, and can be dropped into any Flutter widget tree.
Inline code comments are essential so the logic is easy to follow; no other documentation format is required.

Milestones
• 50 % on delivery of an executable that builds and runs both on Linux and Windows (simple Flutter desktop app is fine) and renders the exact image, plus screenshots of the source to show code quality.
• 100 % on hand-over of the complete Android Studio or general Flutter project with all source files.
