"I am looking for a developer or team to build a ready-made or custom e-commerce grocery solution that supports:

Two types of buyers:
Regular buyers (normal retail pricing)
Membership buyers (discounted pricing / exclusive deals)

No subscription or margin-based embedding:
I want a one-time cost solution (no ongoing commission or revenue sharing with the developer).

Key Features Required:
Clean and sleek website design (modern UI/UX).
iOS and Android apps (must be published on App Store & Play Store).
Order management system with real-time order status updates (processing, packed, out for delivery, delivered).
Easy admin dashboard to manage products, pricing, memberships, and orders.
Secure payment gateway integration (local Fijian banks, Visa, Mastercard, mobile money if available).
Multi-language support (English + Fijian/Hindi optional).
Customer accounts with order history and invoice downloads.
Push notifications for order status updates.
Optional (but preferred):
Driver app (with delivery routing & proof of delivery).
Bulk order / wholesale option.

Deliverables:
Website (responsive, mobile-first design).
