Description:

We are a small company in the veneer/wood industry and we are looking for a developer (or team) to create a simple ERP platform with web access and a mobile app.

The goal is to have a lightweight, cloud-based solution that covers the essential functions for a small business.

Main Features Required:
Customer & Supplier Database

Company name, address, website, contact person, phone, email.

Quotations & Orders

Create quotations.

Convert quotations into order confirmations.

Create purchase orders for suppliers.

Invoices

Create invoices & partial invoices.

Two tax logics:

Domestic (Germany) → with VAT

Export → without VAT

Generate PDFs with logo & custom template.

Delivery Notes

Record deliveries for each order.

Generate delivery notes as PDF.

Document Management (OCR)

Upload receipts/invoices via mobile app (photo/scan).

OCR recognition so documents are searchable and attached to the project/customer.

Mobile App (iOS/Android)

Employee login.

Take photos of documents and upload directly.

View quotations, invoices, customer info.

Technical Requirements:
Cloud-based (SaaS or hosted).

Web interface + mobile app.

Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar.

Clean and easy-to-use interface.
