"I need a straightforward four-function calculator that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android phones. The layout should mirror the familiar pocket-calculator keypad—digits 0-9, decimal point, clear, plus, minus, multiply, divide and equals—nothing fancy, but it must feel native on each platform.

Performance and look-and-feel matter more to me than the choice of framework, so you are free to use Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin, or another cross-platform stack as long as it produces a single codebase and native builds for each store. The UI should scale well on different screen sizes, respect system light/dark mode, and respond instantly to taps without visible lag.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-commented source code in a Git repo
• Two release-ready builds: an .ipa for TestFlight and an .apk for Android testing
• Brief setup notes so I can open the project, run it, and submit it to both app stores
