"I need a skilled Android developer to create a full-featured loan provider application that installs cleanly from the Play Store and follows current Material Design guidelines. The build may be in Kotlin or Java; what matters is stable performance on today’s Android releases and a clean, well-documented codebase that I can extend later.

Core functionality
• A guided loan application form that captures borrower details, performs client-side validation, and pushes the data to my existing REST API.
• An on-device loan calculator that lets users model repayment schedules in real time. Interest rate and term variables must be easy to tweak in the code for future updates.
• User account management with registration, email-and-password sign-in, profile editing, and secure session handling. I would like the architecture to leave room for biometric or two-factor login later, so keep that in mind when structuring the auth layer.

UX & technical notes
– Simple, intuitive navigation: no buried screens.
– Responsive layouts from 5-inch phones up to large tablets.
– Local encryption for any sensitive data cached on the device.
– Clear separation between UI, business logic, and data layers (MVVM is preferred).
– Commented code plus concise README explaining build steps, API endpoints consumed, and how I can adjust interest-rate parameters myself.

Deliverables
