"I need a full-stack solution that can automatically speak with property leads, both when we dial out and when they ring us. The system must:

• handle outbound and inbound voice calls seamlessly
• speak natural-sounding English and regional language from day one, with the architecture left open for additional Indian languages later
• follow a scripted caller flow that I can edit without touching code

Day-to-day content changes are a priority, so please design an admin tool that lets me upload new property details and FAQ answers through a simple spreadsheet import. Once a sheet is processed the bot should pick up the changes immediately.

Every call has to be recorded, transcribed, and tied back to the lead’s record. A web dashboard should show live and historical metrics—call outcome, duration, transcript link, and the current lead stage—so my sales team can filter, comment, and move prospects forward.

I’m open to the stack you propose (Twilio, Dialogflow, Asterisk, or a custom voice engine) as long as it delivers stable voice quality, easy language model updates, and secure data storage.
