"I already have two Odoo 18 instances running a custom module that builds a three-level mega-menu. In Edit mode a “Duplicate” button appears under the “Customize” panel, but right now it only copies the single Level-1 item I click on.

What I need instead is simple but precise:

• When I press Duplicate while a Level-1 entry is selected, that top-level item, all of its Level-2 hover items, and every associated Level-3 link must be cloned in one shot.
• The copy must be wired correctly: the new Level-1 points to the freshly created Level-2 hover menu, and each new Level-2 option points to its corresponding new Level-3 submenu.
• The original three-level branch stays exactly as it is; nothing should be removed, hidden, or altered.
• The duplicated branch must be an identical twin—same labels, URLs, icons, and hierarchy—ready for immediate production use.

I will provide the existing module files and access to both test databases. The job is finished when you return the updated code (Python, XML/QWeb, JS as needed), I install it on my end, and the Duplicate button performs the full three-level copy without side effects.
