Project description:
"I need an intuitive, mobile-responsive classified site that connects agricultural buyers and sellers. Users will sign up and log in exclusively through phone-number verification (OTP). Once inside they should be able to post listings or requests and respond to each other seamlessly from a single dashboard.

At launch the homepage must highlight two main sections—Crops & Produce and Land & Services—so visitors can jump straight to the most relevant offers or demands. Within every listing, a built-in enquiry panel should let users ask about product availability, pricing, and shipping or delivery; responses flow back to the sender’s inbox and SMS alert.

Because the long-term plan is to spin this into a dedicated mobile app, please build on a stack and architecture that can be wrapped or ported to iOS/Android without major re-work (progressive web app or React/Vue front end with a solid REST/GraphQL API would be ideal, but I’m open to your suggestion).

Deliverables
• Fully deployed website with OTP phone verification
• Buyer/Seller dashboards for posting, editing, and managing listings in the two core categories
• Enquiry system covering availability, price, and shipping, with real-time notifications
• Admin panel for moderating listings, users, and reports
• Clean, lightweight UI that farmers and traders can use without training
• Documentation and a quick walkthrough so I can maintain basic operations in-house

Code should be well-commented and handed over via Git. Once the site is stable we’ll move straight into the companion app phase, so scalable, modular code is key." (client-provided description)
