Project description:
"I want to launch a first-release Android application for our SSH hotel-booking platform within 4–6 weeks. The product must cater to three distinct roles—customers, hotel partners, and an admin—so the architecture should expose separate access paths (mobile for customers and partners, web for the admin panel).

Core scope
• Customer journey: sign-up / log-in, browse or search hotel listings, pick room type and dates, and confirm the reservation.
• Partner journey: secure log-in, manage property details, room availability, and view bookings in real time.
• Admin console (web): full CRUD control over users, partners, hotels, and manual booking overrides. A lightweight React, Vue, or plain HTML5 dashboard is fine as long as it is easy to extend.
• Payment: integrate both Razorpay and UPI so guests can choose either method at checkout. Handle callbacks, status updates, and failure retries gracefully.
• Booking history: each role should see its own transaction timeline—guests view personal stays, partners see received reservations, admin sees the whole dataset.

Tech stack flexibility
I am open to Flutter or native Android; choose the option that lets you hit the timeline while keeping code neat, modular, and testable. RESTful APIs are already sketched—if you prefer building your own, factor that into the schedule.

Design and UX
Simple, uncluttered screens, consistent typography, and lightweight animations only where they improve clarity. Material 3 components are preferred, but feel free to propose a different library if it accelerates delivery without compromising polish.

Deliverables
1. Android APK + source code with commented modules
2. Web-based admin panel source
3. API documentation (Postman or Swagger)
4. Installation guide and a short demo video confirming end-to-end bookings and payment flows

Acceptance criteria
• All three roles log in and operate independently without crashes.
• Payment gateway selection, charge, and callback succeed on real test credentials for Razorpay and UPI.
• A booking made by a customer appears instantly under partner and admin views.
• Code passes basic linting and compiles on a fresh environment following the installation guide.
