"We rely on the AdvancedMD patient portal for everything from new-patient intake to post-op follow-ups, yet the user interface is tripping up both staff and patients. Registration forms feel clunky, appointment scheduling can take multiple refreshes before a time slot sticks, and general navigation leaves people calling our front desk for help—defeating the purpose of an online portal.

I’m looking for someone who has hands-on experience fine-tuning AdvancedMD portals for medical or dental practices and can jump straight into troubleshooting, redesigning, and re-configuring:

• Patient registration forms—streamline fields, validate data in real time, and ensure information pushes cleanly into the EHR.
• Appointment scheduling—simplify the flow so patients can book in a couple of clicks without duplicate entries or lost slots.
• Overall navigation—re-organize menus, labels, and page layouts so patients always know where to click next.

You’ll get full admin access to our AdvancedMD back end and an outline of our current workflow. I’ll consider the job complete when forms load instantly, appointments save first time, and my staff stops fielding portal-related calls.
