"I need a complete digital platform that lets customers browse, book, and pay for rental equipment from any device. The project covers two fronts:

• Web portal built for modern browsers
• Native-like mobile apps for both iOS and Android (one shared code-base such as Flutter or React Native is fine, though separate native builds are welcome if that fits your workflow)

Core functionality must include a real-time booking system that shows availability, locks inventory during checkout, and syncs instantly across web and mobile. A secure, multi-currency payment gateway has to be integrated end-to-end, handling holds, split payouts, and refunds. Users should be able to leave ratings and written reviews after each rental, with moderation tools on the back-end.

I’ll need an admin dashboard to manage listings, pricing, calendars, promotions, and dispute resolution, plus basic analytics on revenue and utilization.
