"I need my existing PHP website rebuilt on Laravel. The current code is plain procedural PHP and the goal is to move everything into a clean Laravel 10 structure so I can enjoy better maintainability and modern tooling.

The new build must keep two core features exactly as they work today: user authentication (login, registration, password reset) and a small content-management area used by editors to create and update pages. Leveraging Laravel’s built-in auth scaffolding (Jetstream, Breeze—or a custom guard if you prefer) is fine as long as the experience remains seamless for my users.

All site data already lives in a MySQL database. You’ll be responsible for writing migrations and seeders that port these tables to Eloquent models without any loss of records or relationships. When the job is done I want to be able to pull the repo, run `composer install`, `php artisan migrate --seed`, and see the site running exactly as it does now—only on Laravel.

Deliverables
1. A fully working Laravel 10 project with routes, controllers, models, Blade views, and middleware mirroring the existing site.
2. Database migration scripts (plus any seeders) that transfer my current MySQL data.
3. Re-implemented CMS screens so editors can manage content inside the new framework.
4. A concise README covering local setup and deployment steps.

Acceptance criteria
• No broken links, 404s, or PHP warnings.
• Existing users can log in with their current credentials.
• Editors can add, edit, and publish pages from the CMS.
• Data integrity verified post-migration.
