"I need a clean, responsive web portal whose main job is to present in-depth articles and reports in an easy-to-navigate layout. The home page must open with a dynamic “Latest news” feed that automatically surfaces the newest pieces the moment they are published. From there, readers should be able to drill down into full articles, browse related topics, and search the archive without friction.

A lightweight CMS (WordPress, Craft, or something comparably intuitive) will keep long-form content management simple for non-technical editors, so template creation, category set-up, and user-role configuration are part of the assignment. I also need straightforward analytics integration and solid on-page SEO foundations to help each report reach its audience as soon as it goes live.
