Project description:
"I need a lightweight, browser-based flow that lets a user either open their camera for a quick selfie or browse their device and upload an existing image, then saves the result to my server. These photos will be used strictly for document verification—ID cards, passports and driver’s licences—so a medium resolution that keeps details readable without producing huge files is ideal.

The interaction should be simple: launch camera or choose file, show a preview, allow a retake or replacement, and on confirmation push the image to the back-end and store it in a folder I can configure.

Deliverables
• Front-end page(s) handling camera access and file-upload fallback with preview
• Server script or endpoint that receives the image, renames it uniquely and saves it to the specified directory
• README with setup steps, dependency list and a note on adjusting storage paths

Acceptance criteria
• Photo or document can be captured or selected, previewed and confirmed
• Final file arrives on the server at medium resolution, ready for further verification workflow
• Tested successfully on Chrome (desktop & Android) and Safari (iOS) without additional user permissions beyond the standard camera prompt." (client-provided description)
