"I’m upgrading an existing project that already runs on LiveKit and now need the video tracks driven by Simli’s AI avatars instead of webcam feeds. The end-goal is a smooth, low-latency, real-time communication experience where each participant is rendered as a Simli avatar that lip-syncs and gestures in sync with their audio.

Here’s what I need tackled right away:

• Wire Simli’s SDK into the LiveKit publishing flow so avatar video frames appear as a regular track inside the room.
• Handle signaling, track management, and token authentication the “LiveKit way,” keeping round-trip latency under 100 ms.
• Provide a minimal demo room (web or mobile—pick what you know best) where two users join, speak, and see each other as avatars.
• Deliver concise README notes so I can reproduce the setup locally and on staging.
