"I already have a functional React Native prototype that delivers quick, science-backed micro-interventions to busy professionals. The foundations are sound; what’s missing is the polish that makes the experience feel calm, professional, and delightfully interactive.

The very first thing I’d like you to tackle is the layer of animations and micro-interactions, starting with the onboarding screens. These introductions set the tone for every new user, so they need to feel smooth, reassuring, and engaging without breaking the brisk workplace rhythm the app promises.

While we finesse those motions, I also need a compact design system—colours, typography, spacing, and fully reusable components—so that every future screen inherits the same quiet confidence. Think React Native + TypeScript, styled-components (or similar), and Lottie or Reanimated for subtle motion.

Beyond onboarding, you’ll refine the Home, Session Player, and Insights views and add a gentle nudges / reminders mechanism that respects user privacy yet fits naturally into their workday. All data lives in Supabase, so Row Level Security policies must be locked down to ensure each user sees only their own information.

Deliverables (for acceptance):
• Modular design system merged into the codebase
• Animated, production-ready onboarding flow reflecting the calm-professional theme
• Updated Home, Session Player, and Insights screens using the new components
• Nudges / reminders framework wired to Supabase and tested end-to-end
• Verified Supabase RLS rules with documented test cases
• A beta build uploaded to TestFlight / Google Play internal track, ready for 500–1,000 testers
