"I need to move everything from QuickBooks 2024 Desktop for Mac into Quicken Business & Personal for Mac in a single, clean sweep. The conversion has to capture far more than just account balances—I want every transaction, all customer and vendor records, plus the reports, categories, classes, and any custom settings that Quicken can accommodate. In short, if the data lives in QuickBooks, I want it living in Quicken too. I have 4 different files (data sets) to convert.

This is a one-time migration to streamline both my personal and business bookkeeping, so ongoing sync is unnecessary. A fully automated tool or script is ideal; manual re-keying or piecemeal export/import isn’t viable because the file is sizable and accuracy is critical.

Deliverables
• A Mac-compatible executable, script, or clearly documented workflow that converts my QuickBooks 2024 file into a Quicken-ready format (QXF/QIF or equivalent) in one pass.
• Written, step-by-step instructions so I can repeat the process if needed.
• A successful test run that proves transactions, payees, customer & vendor lists, and reports land in Quicken intact and categorized correctly.

Acceptance criteria
• No data loss or duplication across the migrated registers and lists.
• Dates, amounts, payees, memos, and splits match the original QuickBooks file.
• Custom chart of accounts, classes, and tags remain usable inside Quicken.
• The converted file opens in the current Quicken Business & Personal for Mac without errors.
