"Creation of Architectural Drawings / Sketches for Promotion Bus



Objective

We would like to have a real existing bus (photos and renderings attached) illustrated as architectural drawings / sketches that can be flexibly applied to various promotional scenarios.

These visualizations will serve as a foundation for client presentations and should provide a quick impression of the bus’s capabilities and how it can be used in different situations.



Scope of Work

Creation of sketches / architectural drawings based on the provided photos and renderings of the bus.

Visualization of the bus in different promotional scenarios, e.g.:

in front of a football stadium

on a marketplace

in front of a corporate headquarters

Integration of surrounding elements such as:

seating options (e.g. benches, lounge furniture, plants)

information counters / booths

promotional tools (displays, roll-ups, flags, screens, etc.)

people (visitors, staff, promoters)



Requirements

Scenarios should be designed in a modular and adaptable way, making it easy to customize for different clients (e.g. by replacing branding elements, environmental details, or furniture).


Style: Sketch-like / architectural drawing with clear lines, optionally enhanced with simple color accents to underline mood and atmosphere (example attached).

File format: Preferably within an AI software or AI-based platform, so that the created designs can be adapted in the future.

Flexibility: Visuals should be easy to edit (replacement of backgrounds, logos, objects).
