"I would like to make a webapplication but also an APP. The idea of the APP is to help people with the onboarding to a new company. When you leave your company you often need to wait 1 - 12 weeks before you can start in a new company. That is a very long period and therefore i want to make that new employees get more involved. The idea is that a new employee can upload documents towards the new company, such as an identity card, his degree, but also that you can learn some things about the company that can be automatically unlocked. For exemple: week 1 you will learn something about the company, week 2 something else, ... Afther the onboarding is done, i want as a manager creat communities and challenges for the employees. An idea is to list all the books of the employees, make an integration with the sharepoint so all the last company news is available. An other idea is to make an integration with [login to view URL] so a card will be sent when its the birthday of the employee. Therefore I also need an integration with third party software."
