"I need a web portal where registered members can upload document files, but nothing goes public until I approve it from an admin dashboard. After approval, visitors must pay before they can either read the document online or download it.

All uploaded documents should live in Google Cloud—ideally Google Cloud Storage or a Drive-like bucket—so the system has to push, fetch and stream straight from there without keeping local copies. Security, access control and clean rollback links are essential.

Core functions I want to see working: user registration / login, document upload queue, admin moderation tools, payment gateway integration (Stripe or similar), pay-walled viewing and download, and a tidy record of sales per file so I can run payouts or reports. A responsive front end is fine with any framework you prefer; the back end just needs to be stable and well-documented.
