"I’m creating an Android-only utility app called “Reda Raddah” and need a developer who can take it from idea to a polished, Play-Store-ready release. The core brief is straightforward: design the UI, build clean native code (Kotlin or Java is fine), integrate any lightweight back-end services the workflow may require, and deliver a fully functional APK along with all source files.
