"Our WordPress site shows each profile perfectly when it’s opened from the main “Our People” page, yet the direct post-type URL (example: [login to view URL]) strips that layout away. I only need a layout adjustment: the single Team Member post template must mirror the design, content blocks, and responsive behaviour visible in the modal/overlay you see after clicking a name on [login to view URL]

Please work within the child theme or an equivalent safe override so future updates don’t break anything, and avoid altering content or global styles. There is no theme it is a custom WP site.
