Full-Stack Developer for Form Systems, Candidate/Employer Portals, and Backend Operations

About NSL:
NSL Click & Work is a recruitment and relocation company helping international candidates begin Ausbildung and careers in Germany. We manage a complex operational pipeline—from digital consultation and assessment to job matching, visa support, and relocation. We also maintain employer and candidate portals, run marketing campaigns, and process applications via a variety of custom tools. Our internal team uses Zoho CRM, [login to view URL], Google Drive, and custom-built tools to manage this workflow.
What We Need:
We are seeking a full-stack developer to improve, build, or manage the following interconnected systems and features. This is a technical, high-responsibility role that affects both our internal team and external users (candidates and employers).

Scope of Work:
You don’t need to follow a specific tech stack—we are open to your proposal. But the person we’re looking for should be able to take ownership of the following needs:

Fix and Manage Website Forms:
Ensure all application and inquiry forms are functional
Forms should be validated, mobile-friendly, and lead to correct destinations (e.g., CRM or database)


Coupon Code / Voucher System:
Build or fix a system for generating and redeeming assessment vouchers or coupon codes (linked to tests, campaigns, or Skill Centres)
Ability to track usage and expiry


Test System Integration:
Help manage or build systems connected to candidate aptitude tests (we use an assessment portal)
Store, fetch, or update candidate test data into our CRM or DB


Data Collection Pipelines:
Ensure data from forms, portals, and external APIs flows into our systems (Zoho CRM or other DBs)
Ability to suggest or build a centralized backend (PostgreSQL, Firebase, etc.)


Candidate Portal:
Interface for candidates to view application status, upload documents, receive reports, etc.
Secure login and profile-based interaction


Employer Portal:
Interface for employers to browse candidates, download reports, schedule interviews, and view contract status
May include login-based or link-based access (based on your proposal)


Admin CMS or Dashboard:
Ability for our internal team to manage pages, candidate updates, blog posts, media, employer materials
Basic role management and content publishing


Database + Hosting Recommendations:
We’re open to your suggestions: Firebase, Supabase, MySQL, Airtable API, or a custom backend
Recommend hosting or deployment options if needed


Security & Performance:
GDPR-aware design
Secure login, rate limits, API token protection
Responsive and optimized for use in low-bandwidth countries


What We’ll Provide:
Access to existing portals, documentation, CRM structure, and API keys
Use cases and detailed workflows
Sample candidate and employer data
Admin access where needed

What We Expect from You:
Ownership of the full stack: front-end, backend, and deployment
Clean, documented code
Proposal of stack, hosting, CMS, and tools
Timeline breakdown and clear deliverables

Ideal Background:
Strong experience with custom portal builds and database work
Previous work integrating with CRMs or workflow platforms (Zoho, [login to view URL] preferred)
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle sensitive user data
Familiarity with multilingual/multiregional systems is a plus
