"I’m building a mobile application called “Hkgo Satch” whose first and foremost job is to present a clean, intuitive product catalogue. Think of it as the storefront layer of a future, full-scale e-commerce experience—I’m starting with the catalogue now and will layer in payment processing and user-generated reviews later.

Here’s what I need from you right away:
• Design and develop the mobile app (native iOS/Android or a solid cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—your call, so long as performance is smooth).
• Create the catalogue flow: category browsing, search/filter, and detailed product pages with multiple images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Set up a lightweight back-end or structured JSON source so I can add or update items without a full code push.
• Deliver clean, well-commented code and basic documentation (project structure, how to add new products, build/run instructions).

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory for this phase, but mention if you can future-proof for them): integrating a payment gateway and enabling user reviews/ratings.
