"I am rolling out a Modern SharePoint–based intranet whose core goal is seamless collaboration across the organisation. The site will sit on a hub-site architecture and needs to foster teamwork while also surfacing news announcements, discussion forums and rich employee profiles.

Here is what I need delivered:

• A well-structured hub site with associated team and communication sites, each wired for document libraries and tight integration with Microsoft Teams.
• Custom SPFx components that provide a consistent global header and footer, plus a branded look that aligns with our style guide.
• Modern Search customisation so users can quickly surface people, files and sites, alongside Google Analytics, Site Improve instrumentation for usage insights.
• Templates or web parts for news posts, discussion areas and the employee directory, all ready for content owners to populate.

Acceptance criteria: every page renders correctly on desktop and mobile, global navigation works across the hub, analytics capture page-level metrics, and permission trimming behaves as expected.
